Shipping policy
Violeta entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external transport service, which sends the product(s) ordered on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The estimated delivery time varies between 1 and 2 working days for orders with a delivery address in mainland Portugal and 3 to 5 working days for orders with a delivery address in the Azores or Madeira. Delivery times may be delayed during periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping has a fixed cost of €5.00/order, except for orders with a value of €250 or more, for which the shipping costs are free, borne by Violeta.
Violeta is not responsible for any costs associated with possible customs clearance, which will be borne by the customer.
Violeta will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from knowledge of the unavailability.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
